Session Details

What to Expect in a Reiki Session

Each Reiki session begins with a short conversation to understand your current state — physically, emotionally, and energetically. You will then lie down fully clothed in a peaceful setting while our practitioner channels healing energy through gentle touch or no-touch techniques.

Sessions are personalized, deeply peaceful, and profoundly healing.
